Delicato is a Condiment Balsamic Vinegar produced from the cooked grape must of Modenese grapes and mixed with classic wine vinegars to create a unique Sweet-and-Sour White Dressing.
In the kitchen, it is excellent addition to fish and shellfish, fish tartare, bruschetta and salads, or as a sprinkle on vegetables. Use to create flavorful sauces and vinaigrettes. A few drops in tonic water can create a delicios summer cocktail.
