This olive oil is blended from Italy’s most desirable and highest quality olives: Moraiolo, Leccino, Frantoio and Rajo. When creating this signature blend, Cimicchi combines the perfect amount of each olive according to the same formula that has passed down for generations. Olio delle Caselle sets the standard of quality for premium olive oils.
